Aajeevika – Skill Development Project

 

The ASDP is being positioned as a sub-mission of the NRLM, which will be delivered by GLPC through submission of an Annual Action Plan (AAP) to MoRD. Post sanction of AAP GLPC will come up with relevant skilling projects that make the most of the industrial & commercial environment of the state and optimally develop local resources for skilling. Gujarat being a fore-runner in the India's Industrial Development Domain, the above proposition of submission of AAP under ASDP gains prime importance, especially today like it was never before due to skilling & placement opportunities present across the length and breadth of Gujarat viz. mega projects like the DMIC, GIFT, the auto mobile industry, pharmaceuticals industry, textiles industry, etc.
